Track 3

Paul Dowsett has been an active volunteer with the Ontario Track 3 Ski Association since 1987. The Ontario Track 3 Ski Association is a volunteer non-profit charitable organization that teaches children and youth with disabilities to downhill ski and snowboard.

Dowsett started as a ski instructor, then lead the development of the snowboard program. He has also served many years as Course Conductor training new volunteer instructors on skis and on snowboards, and as the co-Program Director for the Sunday Program at Craigleith Ski Club in Collingwood.

Track 3 is a story of success. Success not only for its growth over the past years, but for the hundreds of young people with varying disabilities, who, through the challenge of skiing and snowboarding, have discovered that in spite of their disability, they could live an active life.
