The original, groundbreaking Innovation Park on BRE’s UK head office site is a product of the latest innovative methods of construction, demonstrating how practical and affordable sustainability can be achieved not only in the UK but around the world.

It features ten of the world’s most sustainable houses (built to the Code for Sustainable Homes), a health centre of the future, a refurbished Victorian Terrace and over 400 different construction innovations and emerging technologies. The Visitor’s Guide and Information Brochure for the Watford Innovation Park overviews the Park’s history, future plans and innovative technology showcased in the Park.
BRE Innovation Park Canada will bridge trial concepts to large scale implementation/development, showcase construction innovation and emerging technologies and demonstrate how practical and affordable sustainability can be.

We are in the beginning stages of planning an Innovation Park in Canada. It will become part of the BRE Innovation Park Network which aims to facilitate collaboration, partnerships and unlock export opportunities between countries and organizations.BRE Canada will partner other Canadian organizations to innovate, test and showcase best practices, new methods and materials suited to the Canadian built environment through the BRE Canada Innovation Park.
